Exhibitor vs. Vender, what's the difference?
If you sell anything or trade anything while at the show, you will be considered a vender and will need to pay a nominal fee. Exhibitors (those that do not sell or trade) will not be charged a fee.

You have a choice of pavilion table space which is indoors and protected from the weather or outdoor display area where you can set up your own tables and provide your own cover in case of rain. There is a nominal charge for space for vendors and no charge for exhibitors.
