Regular – Available to persons 18 years of age or older. Regular members receive club notices and enjoy the use of club facilities and have voting rights.

Affiliate – Available to persons 18 years of age or older. Affiliate members receive club notices, but do not have voting rights. Affiliate members may operate their personal equipment at two times during the year, and at any special events.

Junior – Available to persons from ages 7 through 17. Junior members must be sponsored by an Affiliate or Regular member in good standing. Junior members receive club notices and enjoy the use of club facilities only when accompanied by an Affiliate or Regular member. A Junior member cannot exercise voting rights until the age of 14. A Junior member will be on a probationary status for six months.

Trial – Trial memberships are available to persons 18 years of age or older and who are joining the club for the first time. Their membership application must be sponsored by a Board Member. Trial memberships are valid for 12 calendar months from the time of joining and cannot be renewed. Upon expiration of the 12 month period, the individual must renew as either a Regular or Affiliate member to continue with the club. Persons holding Trial memberships receive all club notices and are encouraged to participate in club activities, but do not have voting rights. Trial members cannot operate any trains that carry the general public, however they can operate during regular club run days.

With the exception of Trial memberships, the dues period runs from beginning of March through the end of the following February regardless of when payment is received.

Persons transitioning from a Trial to a Regular or Affiliate status will have their dues prorated as needed to adjust to the dues schedule.

A member in good standing is considered to be any member whose dues are "current" and not in arrears.
