Prairie State has 4 primary types of membership and they are listed below with descriptions. See which category fits you! If you have any questions, please go to the Contact Us page to learn how to contact a club officer.

  1. Regular: A dues paying member, minimum age of 18 years.  A members spouse and family will be welcome at all activities. Family members who have their own equipment and use the PSRR facilities are expected to become members. Children turning the age of 18 must then change their status to a Regular membership.  A Regular member enjoys complete use of the club facilities and voting-rights. $100 per year.
  2. Junior: A dues paying member over 7 years of age, but less than 18 years of age. Such members must be sponsored by dues paying member, preferably the legal guardian.  A Junior member in good standing enjoys the use of the club facilities only when accompanied by an Affiliate or a Regular member.  A Junior member does have voting rights at the age of 14.  The Junior member will be on probation status for six months. $20 per year
  3. Student: A dues paying member between the ages of 18-22 years of age, who are still students in a college, trade school, and/or serving in the military. $20 per year.
  4. Affiliate: A dues paying member, minimum age of 18 years.  An Affiliate member in good standing will receive all club communication, and will be permitted to operate their personal equipment two times during the year and at any special events (annual picnic, NISPC, and Plowman’s show). An Affiliate member does not have voting rights and must reside more than 60 miles from Big Rock. $50 per year.
